Sandra Codd is a British-Chilean motivational speaker and Life Coach that helps clients through transitional periods and unexpected life changes. She has studied, lived and worked in Australia, Scotland and Spain. An experienced coach and international consultant, her compassionate, energetic, and creative approach to coaching has gained her positive recognition among professionals, sports people and corporate clients from different backgrounds.
She has an in-depth understanding of coaching processes and facilitates group dynamics promoting personal and business development. Social entrepreneur, co-founder of Integra Coaching, Co-founder and mentor “Women Non-Stop” network, organiser of ICF Coaching Week 2015 Chile Chapter. Author of self-discovery guide: “The Spiral Effect: Sowing the seeds of your happiness”, she is passionate about helping clients step into their greatness.
Her style of coaching favours working in natural settings, incorporating elements of creative writing, appreciation and observation, meditation, systemic constellations and cognition based on the research of biologist and neurophysiologist Humberto Maturana, Ph.D.
A writer and story teller, she enjoys the outdoors, loves travelling, and has a special connection with the sea, enjoying sailing and sea-kayaking. She has diploma in Neurolinguistic Programming, and MSc Pg. in Translation/Interpreting from Heriot-Watt University.
