Robyn has worked with young professionals starting their careers through to corporate executives looking for an experienced coach with business savvy. Robyn’s mission is to inspire, transform, and empower those who are ready to uncover a deeper understanding of themselves for the purpose of igniting significant change in their lives. Using the Kaleidescope as a metaphor, it really only does take only a small shift to gain a new perspective and see a situation differently.
An active member of Entrepreneurs Organization (EO), Robyn is a seasoned entrepreneur with experience in both service and product based businesses. Through her years she has developed a toolbox of techniques and a unique approach to employee engagement and building strong leaders who then coach effective teams.
Robyn holds an Honors in Management Economics and an MBA from Ivey School of Business at Western Ontario where she was also awarded Most Outstanding Contribution to the graduating class.
Fun Fact: Robyn spent 3 months in the back country of Guyana in 1999 working with the indigenous community to re-ignite their lost traditions and build stronger ties within their community. This was her first real life experience understanding the importance of engaging all stakeholders, the intricacies of organizational behavior, and the importance of strong, clear and honest communications.
