Leaving Moscow alone at sixteen, Natalya learned early that growth begins outside your comfort zone. Living in six countries and working across multiple continents taught her resilience, adaptability and the ability to build trust across cultures.

Her journey from a NASDAQ-listed multinational to entrepreneurship and leading a multimillion-euro business gives her a rare perspective that bridges corporate leadership with the realities of founders and business owners.
