‘I am passionate about new innovative therapeutic technologies and have accumulated extensive experience in both mainstream and alternative medicine. I enjoy learning, comprehending the subject and putting it all into practice. My goal is to bring this knowledge to get the best possible outcome in treating patients and educating my fellow therapists’.
Zulia is a leading clinician renowned world-wide for her use and research of neuromodulation, photobiomodulation therapies, and other energy-based treatments. A Doctor of General Medicine and Paediatrics with post-graduate training in ultrasonic diagnostics and radiology, Zulia is also a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and acupuncturist. She rans an exclusive clinic in England, treating patients and training therapists in the field of pain management, rehabilitation before relocated to Sapin, Sitges.
Zulia’s passion for new innovative therapeutic technologies brought her to study biophotomodulation therapy at Weber Institute, Germany, where she learnt a new advanced application of cold (low) intensity lasers. A new method of using laserneeldes allows her to provide non-invasive ‘acupuncture’, where laserneeldes are attached to the skin without penetrating it to create a gentle stimulation with light beam in conjunction with fundamental principles of Acupuncture. This combination is unique and provides best therapeutic outcomes with least intervention for the patient.
Seeing high rate of success in relieving pain and regaining function when using photobiomodulation set her on the path to pursue her vision for this advanced technology to become a standard of care in every home. She co-founded ‘Recharge’ and dedicating her efforts in promoting Red Light Therapy with FlexBeam - targeted red-light device for personal wellness.
Zulia has accumulated 30 years of experience and has helped thousands of patients, making her personal contribution promoting healthy life-style and well-being. Broad training and understanding East and West therapeutic approaches combined with many years of experience makes Dr Frost’s treatment unique and effective. She practises energy medicine using the latest technologies successfully treating acute injuries, acute and chronic pain, even neuropathic pain, accompanying various conditions, including those with energy deficiency.
