About The Event

Join this free virtual event on the April 14 at 3pm Central European Time to support yourself, those you work with or care for to deal with post traumatic stress and have a more stress free life and workplace. 

During the event, we will talk about the definition of post-traumatic stress disorder mentioning the main symptoms. Throughout the time of the webinar we identify specific  steps to take in order to find the solution to resolve this mental health condition. Also  we recognize the importance of community and the close circle for affected persons and we will give them guidelines to continue accompanying their loved ones. And, finally, we will introduce the term resilience as the greatest resource in dealing with PTSD.
