During this Mastercalss you will learn how you can transform fear into meaningful momentum. This forceful momentum gives you the energy to create something positive in these times. For yourself and for your surroundings.
Not only is fear an ancient instinct that warns us of danger but fear also tells us what is really important to us. If you want to find out what you really want in your life, start with your fear for a change. It tells you who you want to be, what you have been dreaming of for a long time and what you can still grow in. And then make a plan. A plan that suits you. Use your strength to envision it. Be open to the emotions it all evokes in you. And realize that these all belong to your imaginary reality. For example, one of our clients could no longer become a ballet dancer but was now aware that she can also fulfill her artistic dreams in other ways. Her fear is still there. Fortunately. Because that way we know for sure when things are really important to us.

To support her clients in their challenges, such as the confrontation with (non) verbal resistance, unspoken fears and opposing interests, she studied Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT). This is a relatively new form of behavioral therapy that has a solid scientific basis. In the United States, the theory has been labeled "Evidence-based". The therapy takes its name from its main message: accept what you cannot control yourself and commit to taking the action that enriches your life.
