1. Skin & Surface - Mostly red light for conditions that go skip deep
2. Muscle & Tissue - Red and Infrared at combined force for going below the surface
3. Deep Tissue & Joints - Powerful infrared to penetrate deep into hard to reach places
- Position where you want to treat
- Relax and enjoy 10-20 min session. For multiple placements on the body can be used up to 50 min a day.
