Career and Leadership Coach, HR Consultant, Energy Leadership Triner
Chonin Kuo is a strategic HR consultant and a Certified Professional Leadership Coach. She founded Flow Coaching & Consulting to help impact-driven individuals and organizations, grow in purpose, potential and profit. She is passionate about helping changemakers and entrepreneurs gain clarity and be the best possible leader by raising their awareness, and becoming more effective in their communication and leadership skills.
Chonin is also an Energy Leadership Trainer, the Energy LeadershipTM is based on a unique framework for understanding how the way we show up in life influences the quality of our relationships and our work.
With more than 15 years of business experience in consulting, operational, strategic and management roles in a wide range of industries and organizations in combination with her deep understanding of human potential and its cultural sensitivities, have equipped her with a unique edge. Chonin holds a BA in Psychology, a MA in Anthropology and a postgraduate degree in International Business. She is trained and certified by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching in New York.
Chonin has studied and lived in 5 countries and is currently based in Belgium. A world citizen and a traveller at heart, she interrupted her career twice to travel the world over a period of 2,5 years.
