  1. Breathe deeply—3x slow, conscious breaths (slower exhale)

  2. Unplug for 2-5 minutes - Move your body (meditate, walk, dance, stretch, look at the horizon/water/nature) 

  3. Reframe negative thoughts

  4. Visualize a positive outcome

  5. Smile (your brain believes you)

  6. Practice gratitude (write down 3 things)

  7. Listen to music that uplifts you

  8. Hydrate mindfully

  9. Laugh (yes, even fake it until it’s real)

  10. Stretch your arms up and wide—instant energy shift 

  11. Do what gives you joy

  12. Set boundaries

  13. Delegate what drains you

  14. Say no without guilt

  15. Journaling—get it out of your head

  16. Take a nap. Prioritize sleep

  17. Connect with nature
