  • You find your 'key events' - those which are like stones thrown into the water - created a chain of important consequences for you. ( See circles as an example)

  • When did you feel especially happy

  • What brought you joy/energy

  • What were the 'wonders of life', the moments where you felt especially 'connected'

STEP 4
Plans vs reality

  • What were your goals for 2022

  • In the actual events how much was due to your deliberate action and how much - due to emerging circumstances

  • What was the pressure your 'deliberate' part created for you if things went 'wrong'

STEP 5
Understanding your Dislikes

  • What are your main 'I don't like this' moments (look at discomfort, resistance, resentment, irritation, anger)

  • What was the discomfort that brought growth

  • What was the discomfort of misalignment with yourself or self-betrayal

My 'Unfinished Business'

  • What do you feel you still need to do

  • What are your unprocessed emotions

  • What is difficult to let go

STEP 7
My PROUD moments

  • What did you learn from 2022

  • What are you proud of

  • What do you congratulate yourself on

  • What do you thank yourself for

Looking into the future

  • Your goals for 2023 (not more than 10)

  • What are the ' common denominators' you see - recurring themes, uniting motives

What is it really that you'are seeking

  • Looking at your most important goal (s) you ask yourself 6 times 2 questions

  • 'I want to get this so that...?'

  • 'Why I need that?'

  • 'What is it that I really want?'
